Portlanders deserve a city where opportunities are accessible to all, and that we possess the smarts, determination and teamwork to make it happen. I running for Portland City Council, District 2 in the November 2024 election. I am a born and raised NE Portlander, and a two-time elected member of the Portland Public Schools Board where I currently act as Vice-Chair. My decision to run for City Council reflects my determination to address the city's housing and drug crises with compassion and innovation. I am to create a city where everyone regardless of race, income, identity or zip code can thrive, supporting development without displacement, nurturing small businesses, and ensuring access to essential services for all Portland residents.
