Western Oregon CAI CAI-Oregon is an educational resource for homeowners living in Community Associations. The Oregon Chapter serves the 7,000 HOAs in Oregon.

The Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a non-profit organization helping community associations (condominiums, cluster housing, planned unit developments and open space communities) with 31,000 members.
