We are hiring! Join our team as IT Call Center Technicians (Information System Specialist 3). Multiple positions are available!

Here’s what the role involves:

👉 Provide support for public-facing software and assist liquor store employees, licensees, and vendors.
👉 Troubleshoot technical issues with vendors and external entities.
👉 Collaborate with our IT Project Management Office for QA, usability testing, and more.
👉 Work on small projects or sections of larger ones while conducting business analysis.

📍 Location: Milwaukie, OR (relocating to Portland, OR by July 2027)
💼 Hybrid work opportunities may be available after training (but weekly in-office presence is required).

The 2024 Oregon Legislature passed House Bill 4121, which set per-capita limits on ma*****na licenses for each license type. OLCC has determined that the number of active wholesale licenses are now below the established population limits, meaning the moratorium on this license type can now be lifted.

Applicants are evaluated on background, knowledge, and work experience in:

✅ Retail business management
✅ Inventory and cash management
✅ Retail sales and operations
✅ Customer service/public relations
✅ Financial ability to open and manage a retail store

Are you a strategic financial leader ready to shape the fiscal future of a dynamic organization? We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (Budget & Fiscal Manager 3) to join our Executive Leadership Team and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Shaping fiscal policy and designing robust internal controls.
- Overseeing agency-wide financial compliance with state, federal, and Commission laws.
- Managing the Financial Services Division and driving alignment with strategic goals.
