⚠️ STORM PREP: A nor’easter is approaching the Seacoast. Strong winds, rain, high surf, and possible coastal flooding are expected this weekend. Please prepare in advance for hazardous conditions.

Boat owners and maritime operators:

✅ Please act early to help prevent vessels from shifting or breaking free and to reduce damage from wind, waves, and rising water. Check and reinforce lines and moorings.
✅Secure or relocate gear, equipment, and materials.
✅Monitor local forecasts and official alerts throughout the storm.

Gary Sinise & The Lt. Dan Band perform TOMORROW on the Pease Tradeport! 🎵

The Salute Our Heroes Concert, featuring Gary Sinise & the Lt. Dan Band, kicks off on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 35 Corporate Drive in Portsmouth, NH (formerly Redhook/Cisco Brewery).

The evening begins at 5 p.m. with The NH National Guard's 39th Army Band, followed by the headliner at 6 p.m.

Before the concert, enjoy the Stars & Stripes Social hosted by Paddy's American Grille at 27 International Drive in Portsmouth. 🍻🍔

Thank you to everyone who joined the Pease Development Authority- Division of Ports and Harbors last week to celebrate the ribbon cutting at the Portsmouth Commercial Fish Pier!

We extend special thanks to former Governor Chris Sununu, Governor Kelly Ayotte, Councilor Janet Stevens, and PDA Board of Directors Chairman Stephen Duprey for supporting this important investment in New Hampshire’s fishing industry.

Additionally, we would like to thank the Pease Development Authority and Division of Ports & Harbors staff who helped bring this project together, Appledore Marine Engineering for overseeing the construction, and New Hampshire’s commercial fishermen for their valuable input.

The Portsmouth Commercial Fish Pier provides local fishermen with access to essential working waterfront infrastructure, helping New Hampshire’s commercial fishing and seafood industries thrive. Some of the major upgrades include reconstruction of the pier and a nearby seawall, building renovations with space to unload catch and store bait, new fishing hoists, and updated gasoline and diesel tanks.

Great things happen when a community comes together. Thank you again to everyone who helped make this important project a reality and strengthen New Hampshire’s working waterfront for generations to come.
