The Poteet Housing Authority is accepting applications for 2 bedroom apts. All apts. include a stove and refrigerator. All units have a wall heater and a window unit. Rent based on 30% of monthly family income. Applicants may not exceed current HUD established income limits. Application screening includes: Verification of current income, prior 3-year landlord history, credit history check and criminal history check. Applications may be picked up at 120 Avenue E, Poteet. Tenant reminder:
We have changed the date of monthly inspections and pest control services to the 3rd Thursday of each month.
This begins tomorrow, Thursday October 15, 2026 @ 8:00 am - 4:00pm.
