TriCounty Community Network We strengthen communities by empowering local nonprofit organizations & residents with the resources to be resilient and sustainable. TCN is a convener.

We identify needs as they emerge and bring nonprofits and other community partners together to collaborate and solve problems. TCN is a growth engine. We build the capacity of existing nonprofits and increase their effectiveness. TCN is a catalyst. In addition to identifying problems and related solutions, TCN finds the resources that partners need to turn ideas into action.

What happens when nonprofit and community leaders come together to imagine what's possible for our region? New ideas, shared dreams, meaningful connections, and a collective commitment to building something stronger - together!

Yesterday, leaders from across Greater Philadelphia gathered to help shape Common Source, an emerging regional hub for accessible, equitable capacity strengthening resources for nonprofit organizations. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who shared their time, expertise, needs, ideas, and hopes for what's possible. Special thanks to Dr. Veirdre Jackson for reminding us that joy is essential in this work. As we strengthen our organizations and communities, we must also make space to strengthen and nourish one another.

Common Source is led by the Stronger Together Collective with The Nonprofit Center, the Center for Leadership Equity, and Black Nonprofit Chief Executives of Philadelphia (BNCEP) at the helm, along with partners Generocity, Equal Measure, the Nonprofit Repositioning Fund, and the Bucks-Mont Collaborative and C3 partners – the Interagency Council of Norristown and TriCounty Community Network.

If you want to get involved, sign-up here: https://thecommonsource.org/contact/ This is just the beginning. Let's keep building together!

There is still time to purchase tickets for the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Races’ 91st running of the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup on Sunday, November 1st!

This race challenges horse and rider with a rigorous four-mile course, but beyond the competition, the real victory is the collective support they garner to fight food insecurity across Chester County.

We are proud to serve as beneficiary of this event, and are grateful for the generosity of everyone involved, and to the Hunt Cup organizers for selecting our mission to be part of their legacy.

Get your tickets today or reserve your tailgate spot to get close to the action & support CCFB too! >> https://pahuntcup.org/subscribe-to-the-pennsylvania-hunt-cup/

🚗 Volunteer Drivers Needed! 🍞

Help us keep good food from going to waste and feed local families in need! We’re looking for reliable volunteer drivers to assist with regular morning pickups from local partners in Blue Bell and Trooper.

What you’ll be doing:
➤ Pick up packaged surplus food (bakery items, prepared foods, deli goods) during scheduled morning windows from local stores (Wawa in Blue Bell or Panera in Trooper).
➤ Load the donations into your vehicle and drop them off at our primary distribution site.

Time Commitment: Just 1 to 1.5 hours per run! Flexible scheduling options are available—whether you can commit weekly, bi-weekly, or just serve as an on-call backup driver.

Every trip helps bridge the gap between food donors and neighbors who need it most. 💚

Interested in helping? Sing up here 👉 : https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0F4FACAE2AABFA7-65589547-wawa #/
