📢 MEETING CANCELLATION NOTICE

The North Coventry Township Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Norco Fire Company has been cancelled.

Additional time is necessary to comprehensively address comments and revisions to the proposed Data Center Ordinance.

📌 Please check the Township website for updates. The agenda for the next Planning Commission meeting will be posted when the Ordinance is scheduled for further discussion.

🍂 NORTH COVENTRY FALL LEAF COLLECTION SCHEDULE 🍂

Township leaf collection begins Monday, October 26th! Please review the schedule below and prepare your leaves accordingly.

📍 EAST END
🗓️ Weeks of October 26th & November 9th
Includes roads east of and including Laurelwood Road.

📍 WEST END
🗓️ Weeks of November 2nd & November 16th
Includes roads west of Laurelwood Road.

🚛 Collection takes place on Mondays and Tuesdays.

📌 EAST & WEST MAIN STREET: Collection will take place on October 28th and November 11th.

🍁 HELP US KEEP COLLECTION RUNNING SMOOTHLY!
✅ Place leaves out the weekend before your scheduled collection week.
✅ Only leaves will be collected — no sticks, pine needles, grass clippings, or mulched leaves.
✅ Keep large piles off roadways and away from storm drains.
✅ Do not pile leaves out during weeks when your area is not scheduled.
✅ Please do not blow leaves while crews are vacuuming due to safety concerns.
✅ Collection is available only on concrete-curbed Township roads.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Each residence has a limit of 13 cubic yards per collection cycle (approximately a pile 3 feet high × 3 feet wide × 50 feet long). Any leaves exceeding this limit are the homeowner’s responsibility to remove from roadways and drainage areas.

🌧️ Inclement weather may delay collection until the next suitable day.

The Zoning Hearing of PGOB Coventry Holdings, LLC & PennMark Management Company, Inc. (Applicants) is cancelled for Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the North Coventry Fire Hall, as the applicant has withdrawn the referenced application.

The Zoning Hearing Board will still meet at this date and time to render a decision on a prior Zoning Hearing for Applicant, Collie Construction, regarding 1461 Shenkel Road.

The North Coventry Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing regarding Application No. 2026-08, concerning a proposed 85,987-square-foot data center concept at 351 W. Schuylkill Road (Coventry Mall).

The applicants, PGOB Coventry Holdings, LLC & Pennmark Management Company, Inc., propose to redevelop a portion of the Coventry Mall for a data center. The applicants contend that the proposed use qualifies as a “public service facility” permitted by special exception under Section 370-21.B(2)(e) of the Township Zoning Ordinance.

Step aboard an ADA-accessible motorcoach and discover the history of North Coventry Township and the surrounding area, with featured stops at local historic sites. The tour will be led by Historical Commission Chair Ralph Levengood, along with several local historians.
