Chief Berardi announces with profound sadness the passing of retired K-9 Castor. Castor faithfully served the Ulster Police Department and Town of Ulster Community from 2013 until his retirement in 2022. Throughout his career he was the loyal partner to Sergeant Garvila and a proud member of the Ulster County K-9 Training Group.
We thank Castor for his unwavering dedication to service, and keep Sergeant Garvila and his family in our thoughts during this difficult time.
