Fairview Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 2623

Fairview Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 2623 with City of Poughkeepsie Fire Department NY Local 596 have transmitted a 10-75 of Fire (working structure fire) at the Townhouses at Inwood Lake.

After a long deployment to Ulster County assisting Plattekill FD with controlling the Mt. Zion wildland fire, Fairview Firefighters cleaned and serviced our UTV 41-97 and all it's tools to be ready for the next one when called. FFD Maintains a cache of Brush Fire Equipment to rapidly respond and protect the residents of Fairview, their property, and assist our mutual aid neighbors as they would assist us.

Fairview FireFighters were happy to assist Violet Avenue Elementary School in removing debris from the roof before any children, faculty, or visitors could've been hurt if it fell.

For the past two days, Fairview members received outstanding aerial training from @c_side_consultants operating with both the new and old Fairview 41-45. We are all better for having learned from you!
