I have a habit of picking something up off of the ground during special moments (an acorn cap, a shell, a rock,) to keep, to always remind me of that moment. Consequently I have several spots in my home that contain collections of such items. They make beautiful little displays and only I know the deeper meaning of each item. I know the piece of coral I picked up in Mexico after my first successful attempt at snorkeling, and the piece of white Quartz I picked up at the vortex in Sedona the last time I spent a day with my father.
