SCOPE will oppose, with all its resources, any proposal that is not based on sound technical grounds or that infringes on the rights of fi****ms owners for the purpose of promoting a political philosophy, advancing a social theory, or as an emotional response and is not based on clear Constitutional grounds.

Last Saturday I was voted out of SCOPE (even thought I have a Life Membership) - they did not simply terminated me as your Chapter Chair of Dutchess County SCOPE because that would require 2/3 vote of the Dutchess County members. I understand the vote was tied at 13-13 and Don Hey broke the tie ousting me.
That said, if there is anyone who is a SCOPE Member here in Dutchess County who would like to take over the page, Group & Twitter feed, Please let me know. Otherwise they will be shut down for good. Thanks Patriots. Will see you around while still fighting for our rights in other capacities.
