We are so thankful for our partnership with the Alabama Department of Child Abuse & Neglect Prevention. They have been funding grants and programs at the Family Support Center for many years. Programs such as Parent Education, Fatherhood, Job Readiness, school-based life skills programs, Child Abuse prevention trainings and more have all been made possible by the investment they have made in the Center. Together we have helped thousands of children and families in our community become stronger, resilient and successful!

Although Adult Education and Family Literacy Week has come to an end, promoting literacy and a love of reading is something we celebrate all year long at the Family Support Center!

To celebrate, we’ve teamed up with our wonderful downtown neighbors at West Main Coffeehouse and Creamery for a special giveaway!

One lucky winner will receive a $10 gift card and a collection of adorable books for the kiddos!
