Together, we remain committed to providing exceptional emergency medical care to the residents and visitors of Prescott. Our partnership is built on more than rapid response times, it’s about delivering high-quality, coordinated care that leads to better patient outcomes.
We look forward to what we can accomplish in another five years of service to this incredible community!

The City of Prescott extended its ambulance services with LifeLine for another five years.

The city council unanimously approved to renew their contract with the private ambulance provider at Tuesday’s meeting this week. The city first entered into a contract LifeLine following public criticism of slow response times and ambulatory staffing challenges within Prescott.

Anthony Valdez, the Prescott Fire Department’s public information officer said, “LifeLine has been crucial in rewriting the narrative.”

Twenty five years later, we remember.

We remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless family members, friends, and loved ones who were left to carry an unimaginable loss.

We remain deeply grateful for the firefighters, EMS professionals, law enforcement officers, healthcare workers, dispatchers, and ordinary people who answered an extraordinary call to help others.

For those of us who have chosen a life of service, September 11 carries a special weight. Today, we honor those who served, those who sacrificed, and those who never came home.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Last week, our newest Life Line team members spent time withPrescott Fire Department, learning how we work together and building the relationships that help us provide the best possible care to our community. 🚑🚒

They also got a lesson in something we take pretty seriously around here - taking pride in our trucks, our equipment, and the tools we rely on every day. A little truck washing included. 🧽🧼🫧

This week, they’re heading out for their first field rides! If you see some new faces out and about, be sure to say hello and welcome them to the Life Line family! 💙

We’re excited to have them on the team and even more excited to see them out serving our communities!

Today, our Life Line team—the Band-Aid Babes 🚑💙—competed alongside fellow first responder teams in the Prescott Firefighter’s Charities Hose Cart Races! It was a fantastic day filled with friendly competition, laughter, and time spent with our families and our public safety partners. Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a fun event. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Fireworks last minutes. Freedom lasts generations. Service never takes a holiday.

While many are gathering with family, watching fireworks, and celebrating our nation’s birthday, our crews will be doing what they do every day of the year - answering the next call, caring for neighbors, and standing ready whenever they’re needed.

To everyone celebrating, have a safe and memorable Independence Day. And to our EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers, supervisors, and support teams working today: thank you for choosing a profession that serves others, even on holidays.
