The Franklin County Clerk's Office will not be processing passports on Monday, November 2 and on Election Day Tuesday, November 3rd. Passport processing will resume on Wednesday the 4th. Please plan accordingly.

Franklin County is offering a 1979 Ford 9000 Water Truck at public auction! This heavy-duty truck has a long history with the county’s Road Department and may be of interest to those looking for a project truck or parts vehicle.
