🎉🌟Congratulations to Dunkin' for being awarded the Notable Employer Award from the St. Mary's County Commission for People with Disabilities for demonstrating "exceptional effort in advancing employment and/or opportunities to people with disabilities." One of our clients, Chris Reed, joined Dunkin' in 2019. He has successfully balanced his job with personal time for vacations, thoroughly enjoying every moment of his work and remaining engaged in his community. Thank you to Dunkin' for providing opportunities to people with disabilities when others have not. 🙌👏

Lion's Breath, which helps release difficult emotions.

Star Posture, which supports proprioception, vestibular/balancing, and grounding. Both yoga poses help regulate the nervous system.
