🎉 Happy 15th Birthday, James River Junior Woman’s Club! 🎉
This October, the James River Junior Woman’s Club will celebrate an incredible 15 years of volunteer service, friendship, fun, and commitment to making a difference in our community!
The club was founded in October 2011, and our very first meeting was held at The Barn in Prince George County—the same place we continue to gather for our monthly meetings today. 💙
To celebrate 15 years of giving back, we are excited to launch our ✨ 15 Wishes Campaign! ✨
We want to hear from our community! We are inviting community members to submit a wish, either for yourself or by nominating someone else whose wish you would love to see granted.
From the wishes we receive, our club members will select 15 wishes to grant throughout the month of October in honor of our 15th birthday. 🎁

ATTENTION: We are awarding FOUR $500 scholarships this year. To be eligible, you must be a Prince George resident and a graduating High School Senior. Note: you do not have to be a Prince George High School Senior. Please follow the link to our application. Make sure to follow instructions. ATTENTION: For those Prince George residents that signed up for the VA/UT Conceal Carry Classes next Saturday, 2/7, Prince George Police Dept will be there to do the required fingerprinting for the UT application. If you are interested in having it done that day, please bring CASH ($10.00) and required IDs. See below.

Otherwise, fingerprinting Services at PGPD are offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The person requesting services must present (2) forms of identification, one of which must be a photo identification. The only acceptable forms of identification are: a current driver’s license, passport, birth certificate, military identification, social security card, voter registration card, vehicle registration, green card/permanent residence card, or Certificate of Naturalization card. Identification must be original (no copies) and valid.
