It was a busy 24 hours for crews on Sunday as Station 10 units were dispatched for 22 calls for service.

Units responded on all 22 calls and required mutual aid assistance from Allen VFD for 1 transport. From 2117 hours to 2328 hours, Station 10 was dispatched on 8 EMS calls. Assistant Chief 10 responded on 2 of the calls as the initial first responder as units were clearing other calls and to cover the delayed response due to distance from mutual aid.

Immediately upon returning from a priority call transported to Salisbury, PM10-1 responded for an individual suffering from multiple stab wounds. Assistant Chief 10 (whom was also returning from Salisbury) along with Chief 10, responded to provide additional assistance. C10 requested early activation for aviation. MSP Trooper 7 responded from St. Mary's and transported the individual to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. We are blessed to have resources such as MSP Aviation that can provide alternative transportation means and care to appropriate facilities in Maryland.
