Mercer County is experiencing an overdose spike, and our community needs to be aware.

Opioid overdoses can happen to anyone, and fentanyl can be present in substances without someone knowing. An overdose can become life-threatening within minutes, but Narcan (naloxone) can reverse an opioid overdose and save a life. Knowing the signs of an overdose and having Narcan available can make all the difference.

Throughout the day, our Southern Highlands QLA team is filling Blessing Boxes and distributing Narcan directly to the community throughout Mercer County to help get this lifesaving resource into the hands of those who may need it.

Need Narcan? We will bring it to you.

Whether you need it for yourself, a loved one, a friend, or simply want to have it on hand just in case, call our 24/7 QLA phone at 304-800-7728 (tel:304-800-7728). We will bring Narcan to you. No questions asked.

You can also call this number for support, resources, or information about treatment options for yourself or someone you care about. You do not have to navigate this alone.

Please share this post. You never know who may need this information, and having Narcan available can save a life.

Our team is here to help!
