Wrapping up the week and another BIG project!
4 days • 5 ponds • 513,614 square feet ✔️

Spent most of the week installing liners in 5 more brand-new ponds. A large project that took lots of planning, teamwork, long hours, and hard work to get across the finish line in a short time.

We’re incredibly grateful for the work and, even more so, for the amazing, hardworking team behind it all. Projects this size don’t happen without everyone showing up, putting in the work, and having each other’s backs. 👊🏽

Now it’s time to wrap up the week and enjoy a well-earned weekend! 🩵

A pretty special BTL story 🤩

On October 5, 1999, Brad (aka BTL) installed a pond liner at a vineyard in St. Helena, CA. At the time, Brad was the second-generation owner of the family business.

Fast forward 27 years… and this week, his grandson Diesel, the 4th generation, went back to replace that same liner! 🙌

That’s 27 years of service from the original liner… and a family business that has continued through four generations. 💪🏽

We don’t take moments like this for granted. There’s something pretty special about seeing the work of one generation still standing decades later, then watching the next generation continue the job.

So grateful for customers like this who become part of the BTL family story. 💙

Today we want to wish one of our amazing employees the very best as he begins his incredible new chapter. 🇺🇸

As he heads off to Marine Corps boot camp, we couldn't be more proud of his courage, commitment, and willingness to serve our country. While we're going to miss him, we know he's off to do great things.
