🐝 Bee Awareness Matters! 🐝

Before taking action when you see bees or a swarm, take a moment to learn what NOT to do and how to stay safe. Bees are an important part of our environment, and knowing the right steps can help protect both your family and the bees themselves.

📌 Please take a moment to review the flyer below for important bee safety information.

Progreso Fire Department will respond to bee calls and bee attacks. It’s great to know this information and understand the things we ARE able to do and things we are not able to do at a scene. We will always help to the best of our abilities but overall safety is our top priority! Any further questions can be sent to us and we will always reply with an answer to any questions you may have.

🚒🔥 Forcible Entry Training – Progreso Fire Department 🔥🚒

The Progreso Fire Department recently conducted hands-on forcible entry training focused on sharpening our skills and improving rapid access techniques during emergency responses. Training like this ensures our firefighters remain prepared to act quickly and efficiently when seconds matter most.

We were proud to collaborate with our local ISD, who allowed us the opportunity to utilize their facilities for realistic, hands-on training scenarios. Partnerships like these strengthen our community ties and help us better protect the students, staff, and citizens we serve.

Thank you to the ISD administration for supporting public safety and to our firefighters for their continued dedication to training and excellence.

Train hard. Serve proud. Stay ready. 💪🚒
