Our mission is to provide an innovative preschool curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education. Yesterday, we welcomed our families for Parent Collaboration! ❤️

Parent Collaboration is a special time when parents join their child at school to work together on a classroom project. It gives families the opportunity to experience their child’s learning firsthand and create alongside them.

This experiece reflects our values of seeing families as an important part of the learning community. When children, families, and teachers come together, ideas are shared, relationships grow, and learning becomes something we experience together.

In the class of 3s, signing in is an important part of their daily routine and writing journey. As children write their names each morning, they practice recognizing letters, making purposeful marks, and developing control over their writing tools. It also presents an opportunity to explore their identity and strengthen their sense of belonging in their classroom, by seeing their name represented as an important part of their classroom community.

Each signature tells a story of where the child are in their writing process and with daily opportunities to practice, their ideas and confidence continue to grow.

This week we had our very first Soccer Shots class and what better way to begin than with three simple rules from Coach:

1️⃣ Listen to Coach
2️⃣ Believe in Myself
3️⃣ Try My Best

With those three things in mind, our little players jumped right in learning new skills, moving their bodies, and having fun together! We’re excited to watch their confidence grow as they continue their soccer journey.
