Prosper ISD JROTC Teacher Charged With S*x Crime Against Student Staff Sergeant Michael Songy was the lead Junior ROTC instructor at Rock Hill High School.

s*xual abuse case that happened in Prosper Independent School District drove awareness by Texas Education 911, CDF - Texas, former Prosper Citizen Group PAC and Law Makers like Representative Jared Patterson, Senator Angela Paxton, and many others to work together to pass this law such as Texas Scorecard reporting!

This is a good step, but pray more strengthening happens in furture legislature actions!
