Today is March 1st and that means my summer quilting queue is now open! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I will be in Rock Hill in mid-May to pick up quilts and will drop back off in mid-June (and will hopefully pick up another batch of quilts that day too!). Please text me if you will have a quilt for me to longarm for you and let me know the approximate dimensions and if you will be purchasing batting from me. I will quilt the quilts in the order on my list. Thank you to everyone who keeps me busy during my school breaks! I look forward to quilting all of your beauties this summer😎Picture of our family at Matthew’s Valentine’s dance to grab your attention.💓 Thank you!

Quilted “Sally by the Seashore” on Roberta Alterman’s Sea Life quilt she made for her granddaughter. What a perfect pattern to coordinate with the motifs in her fabrics. Makes you want to be at the beach! 🐚🌊🪸

Quilted “Feathers and Swirls” on Nancy Goth’s original (designed by her!) Birth Month Flowers quilt. Each block is embroidered. The “Sesame Seeds” colored thread was a nice choice…the quilting shows on the white blocks but doesn’t detract from the embroidery and it doesn’t look too stark bright against her darker borders. Gorgeous! 💐🌹🌼 🌸🌺🌷

3rd and final Christmas quilt in a series pieced by Gay Randolph. She asked for red thread again and I chose the pattern “Christmas Bird” to complement the delicate floral fabrics she used throughout.

The 2nd of 3 Christmas beauties pieced by Gay Randolph completed on my longarm today. I recommended “Midnight Sparkle” as the little star 🌟 motif reminded me of a similar motif in many of the fabrics she used. I would have “played it safe” with white thread, but Gay always likes color and requested red! Loving how it turned out🎄

Quilted “Football Fun” today on this Colorado State Rams quilt pieced by Pat Seay. 🏈 The “Vanilla Wafer” colored thread adds some fun interest in the solid white blocks without being too bold.
