We are proud to celebrate this year’s Prosser Leadership class and recognize the time, energy, and commitment each graduate has invested in learning more about the community we call home.

Throughout the program, participants had the opportunity to connect with local leaders, explore the organizations and industries that keep Prosser moving forward, and build relationships that will continue well beyond graduation.

Please join us in congratulating our 2026 Prosser Leadership graduates:

Another Prosser Leadership day is in the books!

A huge thank you to:

Kristina Neely, one of our class participants, for sharing updates on everything happening at Benton REA.

Jenny Sparks and the Benton PUD team, especially the linemen, for an informative facility tour and an eye-opening power safety demonstration.

Chris Cisneros for welcoming us to the Boys & Girls Club and showing how their team is creating opportunities for local youth every day.

Katy McLaughlin for a wonderful tour of the Mid-Columbia Libraries Prosser branch, sharing the many resources available to our community, and for all the homework and learning opportunities you've provided our class throughout the year.

And as a bonus, we even had the chance to meet Ariana, the library's lovable reading dog! 🐾

Prosser Leadership Business & Industry Day was a great success!

Our class spent the day learning firsthand about the entrepreneurs, business owners, and organizations that help drive Prosser's economy and community spirit.

The day kicked off with a Lunch & Learn at El Buen Gusto, followed by visits to several outstanding local businesses, including Brewminatti where new owner Peter Cole shared his vision for the future. Participants also toured AJW Construction, Sunflower Juice & Delights, Monson Ranch Distillers, Chukar Cherries, and Cork & Taps.

Thank you to each business for opening your doors, sharing your stories, and providing valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities of doing business in our community.

The Prosser Leadership Class is grateful to everyone who helped make our Community Health Fair a success, especially our partners at Prosser Memorial Health.

Together, we provided free health screenings, connected community members with valuable local resources, and created a fun, family-friendly experience through the Kid's Science Expo. From DEXA scans and A1C testing to hearing screenings and wellness information, the event helped bring important health services directly to our community.

Thank you to the PMH team, volunteers and everyone who attended. Your support, expertise, and commitment to community wellness made this event possible.
