The Provincetown Recreation Department is excited to be back with our 12th Annual Greet N’ Treat at the newly renovated Motta Field

Attention: The Mildred Greensfelder (East End) Playground will be closed 9/29/26 from 8am until about 1pm for tree removal. Unfortunately due to a large crack in the center of the tree, and the safety of the park users and neighbors in mind, the tree pictured will be taken down.

Hello All,

Wondering what happened to the swing benches at Cannery Wharf Park? Unfortunately, some components were damaged during the tough winter we had, so the swings had to be uninstalled for safety reasons.

But do not worry, they are under warranty and the parts are on order! We hope to have the swings reinstalled later this summer.

In the meantime, we hope you continue to enjoy the beautiful Cannery Wharf Park and all this beautiful waterfront park has to offer to our residents and visitors.

The Provincetown Recreation Department is excited to host Cape Cod Children's Place again this Spring here at the VMCC.

This program will be held on Thursdays at the VMCC (2 Mayflower St. Provincetown MA) from 4:30PM-6PM starting April 2nd.
