“Move-in Kits” for the homeless
We are asking for move-in kits to help welcome people into their new apartment. Many of our tenants are moving into their apartments directly from transitional housing, a shelter or off the street with not much more than the clothes on their back. Having the basic items they need to make a fresh start will go a long way in making their new unit feel more like a home.

We are seeking an on-site part-time manager for a 30-unit apartment complex in Provo, UT.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Rent collection
• Promptly address tenant concerns, report maintenance and emergency issues
• Ability to effectively interact with a variety of people
• Help create and maintain a positive atmosphere
• Serve notices and conduct monthly inspections or as needed
• Check-in/out and light cleaning on 2 units for weekly stays
• Help enforce apartment rules and regulations
• Walk the apartment daily to ensure property is neat and clean for best curb appeal
• Must be able to be on call for “after hours” emergencies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all residents
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Education or GED
• Must be able to live on property
• Bilingual preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
Job Type: Part-time with flexible hours
Salary: FREE one bedroom apartment, paid utilities and monthly stipend
