"It's a red state, my vote doesn't count, why bother?"
We hear this all the time in Tennessee.
Elections across Tennessee are sometimes decided by just a handful of votes. Your vote counts in local elections, and no community is too small for your voice to matter.
In 2024 there was a state legislative race that was decided by 95 votes.
Just recently in our August election, our county executive race was decided by 8 votes.
Tennessee has the lowest voter turnout in the country. If all of the registered voters would actually get out and vote, it would make a huge difference in our elections.
Early voting is happening until Oct 29th. Please get out and vote and bring some friends with you!!
