DCSA, the primary service provider of personnel background investigations for the Federal Government and industrial security for cleared industry, is searching for a Senior Executive Speechwriter (ID: 26-6334). The incumbent will serve in the Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs (OCCA) Communications Division drafting persuasive, audience-tailored speeches on behalf of the DCSA Director and other principals as required. As the Executive Speechwriter, you’ll be required to translate complex policies, situations, circumstances, mission initiatives, and other subject matter into clear plain language for senior presentation; develop rapid-response statements during high-stakes crises or major announcements; and ensure content is aligned with agency strategic messaging.

A Secret clearance is required for the position. Applications are being accepted from the following grades: E6, E7, E8, E9, O3
