We honor the hero’s who ran toward danger, the first responders and those who gave everything, the brave men and women who answered the call to serve, and the strength of a nation that stood together.

Great teamwork today! Sierra Regional EMS Air 1 responded to Bucks Lake alongside Plumas 15 ground ambulance.

After assessing the scene, it was determined that the patient's location required a hoist operation, and CHP - Northern Division Air Operations was requested to safely extract the patient and rendezvous with our air and ground EMS crews.

Excellent coordination between all agencies involved, resulting in a successful response in a challenging environment.
