🌽 Last week, Annabelle had a BLAST participating in the Managers to Washington trip! She had the opportunity to attend meetings, connect with different organizations, and learn more about the policies and decisions impacting agriculture and our rural communities.

During the trip, the group met with:
🌾 American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF)
πŸ‡©πŸ‡° Embassy of Denmark
πŸ“Š National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS)
🌎 Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR)
🐷 National Pork Producers Council
πŸ›οΈ House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee
🌱 Senate Agriculture Committee

They also toured Capitol Hill!

From agriculture and trade to transportation and farm policy, it was a great opportunity to hear different perspectives, ask questions, and see firsthand how these conversations happen in Washington, D.C.

Annabelle had a great time attending all the meetings and talking with these groups! We’re thankful for opportunities like this to learn, make connections, and bring back new knowledge to Adams County. πŸ™ŒπŸšœ
