Whether it’s one client or several, we do what we can to give them something fun to do. Because several regular clients went to the health fair today, Mr. Ivy was my only client for a short while. Today, he enjoyed putting together and painting a wooden model car. As he worked on the car, he told me several stories of similar things he did when he was a young boy. He also told me about a few of his old cars and some of his fun times he had with them. And, of course, the inner child in him came out too. Several times, he stopped his work and “rode”his car around making his motor sounds as he did this. I think it’s safe to say Mr. Ivy enjoyed himself today.
