Congratulations to Billie Neel, our September Shining Star! ⭐

Billie was recognized for the care she gives participants and the initiative she brings to the team. When staff encountered a reporting problem, she entered the needed information in B2B Engage and created a report.

A colleague also shared how Billie spent evenings during an out-of-town orientation checking on participants, meeting their needs, and documenting services. Her willingness to help coworkers and the positive feedback she received from a business partner demonstrate the difference she makes.

Thank you, Billie, and congratulations!
