Every time North Carolinians fill up their vehicles, they feel the impact of higher costs. Today, the General Assembly took action to help.
I supported the Relief at the Pump bill to temporarily suspend the state motor fuel tax. That means savings for commuters heading to work, truckers moving goods, farmers working their fields, and families traveling across our state.
Lower taxes mean North Carolinians can keep more of their hard-earned money. That’s a step in the right direction.
