: Join Arts Together at STILL HERE: Embodied Healing Through Movement, which begins this month! This six‑week workshop invites adults 18+ to reconnect with their bodies through guided movement, breath, and storytelling.

Led by instructor Frankie Lee Peterson, each session explores a new layer of presence and healing — from arriving in the body and understanding the stories we carry, to releasing shame, embracing authentic identity, and building community. The series culminates in a celebration of resilience and the creation of forward‑moving practices.
