WHAT IF…?

Do you have a plan in place for your clients and colleagues if you suddenly become unavailable due to disability or death?

Without a succession plan, the State Bar may need to appoint a trustee to wind down your practice and ensure the return of client property. The trustee does not continue your practice or take over your cases—they simply facilitate the transition.

Planning ahead protects your clients, your colleagues, and your professional legacy.
