VOTE AGAINST ALL THREE constitutional amendments. 🗳️

Early voting is open now through Oct. 31. Election Day is Nov. 3.

01 VOTER ID: Already law. This would lock more ID rules into the Constitution, making reform harder and possibly adding barriers for eligible voters.

02 INCOME TAX: Lowers the max rate from 7% to 3.5%. A ceiling isn’t an automatic tax cut, but it limits future funding for schools, child care, housing, and health care.

03 PROPERTY TAX: Requires the legislature to limit local property tax increases. It sets no limit and promises no lower bill, but could squeeze local services and favor large property owners, like data centers. (The amendment doesn’t name them.)

Three amendments. One big question: who gets power, and who pays the price?

Vote AGAINST all three. Save this. Share it.

🚨 THIS IS FALSE INFORMATION.

The claim that an election worker writing on your ballot automatically invalidates your vote is 100% FALSE.

North Carolina election workers sometimes HAVE to write on ballots as part of legally required election procedures.

The NC State Board of Elections confirmed this again on October 14, 2026.

A routine ballot notation does not cancel your vote.

Raleigh City Council voted 7–1 for a 6-month data center moratorium. Organizers have been calling for 32 months.

We asked the people who’ve been in this fight what they think. Swipe for their words →

📍 AJ Raleigh-Durham NC Sunrise Movement
📍 Chelada Livingston, Black Workers for Justice
📍 Mary Black Radical Futurist Lab
📍 Joselle tinymictalk
📍 And our own Zainab Baloch

Different voices, same message. Six months isn’t enough time to understand what these facilities mean for our water, our energy bills, our neighborhoods, and who gets asked before they’re built.

Now we want to hear from you. What do you think about the 7–1 vote? Tell us in the comments, and send this to someone in Raleigh who should weigh in.

Early voting for the Nov. 3 election begins in mid-October. Democracy isn’t something you watch. It’s something you do.
