The 2027 LIHEAP Program Year will begin on October 1, 2026.

Beginning today (9/21/26), appointments may only be scheduled by phone or in person until further notice.

CEFS LIHEAP provides services to the following Illinois counties: Christian, Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Montgomery, Moultrie, and Shelby.

Monday, September 28th is the Fall Clean Up Day for the Village. This is a good time to dispose of extra trash and have it picked up curbside. Call the village office to get added to the clean up list by 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 25th.
