Allegations of The Sacramento County District Attorneys Office, retaliating against members of a civil rights movement / FACA MEMBERS and took adverse action towards members in violation of whistleblowers retaliation.

It is also alleged race discrimination may also be an issue. Undercover DA officials are said to be patrolling Gold Ridge Apartments in retaliation of members and intimidating by use of power.

Received a civil rights complaint from a caller advising of an alleged hate crime in Sacramento County. Caller refered to Department of Justice, as the caller alleged possible local law enforcement involvement and retaliation for his local law enforcement agencies.

In the process of writing my book, I was at this spot called JBs. I the dhigd issued a privacy rights violation to the suspected ICE Agent, who was collecting my data few nights I visited the venue.

After issuing the advisement, the owner appeared pi**ed and requested that I leave in Retaliation to the issuing of the Privacy Advisement.

Requesting ID check and if this is a government officials who is or was formerly employed by a government agency.

If so, whistleblower violation and protection for Day if he was in fact present to ensure his safety from ICE and any other government officials/person proposing a threat on our team member.

The same protections will be applied to all members of our team.
