With the November 3 election approaching and the current Pennington County Auditor scheduled to resign just three days later, I have some serious questions about how this transition will be handled.
Who will oversee the remaining election responsibilities? How will records and operations be transferred? And what steps are being taken to ensure everything continues without interruption?
I've been asking these questions because the people of Pennington County deserve transparency, accountability, and confidence in their elections.
My goal is simple: **a lawful, orderly transition that protects voters, respects my existing legislative responsibilities, and puts taxpayers first.**
