The guys sure had a successful Labor Day weekend in Wagner. Our team placed 2nd in the water fights, Curt and Karen participated in the Dante fireman's rib cook off, and we received 3rd place in the fireman's figure 8 race. Thank you Wagner Fire Department for hosting the water fights and the figure 8 race. Also thanks to Dante Fire Department for putting on the rib cookoff.

With the fire danger being extremely high today we ask that people be vigilant for smoke in the area. The sooner it gets called in the sooner crews can arrive to get the scene under control. We also ask that people check on burns they may have done within the last week.

The Ravinia Fire Department would like to thank all the people in the community that support the Ravinia Fire Department's Annual Smoker. We could not do what we do for our community if it wasn't for the people that support us. The Ravinia Firemen thank you all.
