πŸŽ“ Great Extension work starts with people who understand Wyoming and its communities.

As a University of Wyoming graduate student, Peyton Loss built relationships with ranchers, tribal water leaders and community members on the Wind River Indian Reservation through her research and outreach.

Now, she’s continuing that work as a UW Extension educator, bringing her experience and knowledge to agriculture, natural resources and 4-H programming in the Wind River community.

Peyton’s path is one example of how UW Extension connects university knowledge, strong educators and local relationships to serve communities across Wyoming.

πŸ’› Last week, Extension office associates from across Wyoming came together in Cody for their annual conference to learn new skills, share ideas, and collaborate on how to better serve our communities.

You may recognize a few of these faces from a visit to your local Extension office. They’re often the first people you meet, helping connect you with the information, resources, and answers you need.

So, we want to give a well-deserved shoutout to all of our office associates. Day in and day out, they help keep Extension moving and help Wyoming communities find practical solutions to everyday challenges.

❀️ Hit the like button to show some appreciation for your local Extension office associate.

We truly don’t know what we’d do without them. To all of our office associates, thank you for everything you do!
