One More Test Phone Call Today

We'll be doing one more test phone call of our emergency notification system today, Monday, November 2nd. Parents/guardians should expect to receive a test message at about 5:00 PM.

(Our apologies if you received a test message this morning. That was not intended, and we are still doing our full test message/call this evening.)

Those who do not receive the message should first check to be sure that the required annual student registration was fully completed and that accurate contact information is in that system. If the registration is complete and accurate, but the message was not received, parents/guardians should call the school where the child attends to report the problem. Thank you!

One More Test Phone Call on Monday

We'll be doing one more test phone call of our emergency notification system this coming Monday, November 2nd. With our last call, there were a number of people who did not receive the notification through both text and phone, so we'll run one more test call to be sure it has been resolved.

Parents/guardians should expect to receive a test message at about 5:00 PM on Monday, November 2nd.

We will be conducting a test of our automated notification system to make sure that messages are reaching all those who need to know about school closures, delays, unanticipated early releases or other emergency situations.

Parents/guardians should expect to receive a test message at about 5:00 PM on Monday, October 26th.

Those who do not receive the message should first check to be sure that the required annual student registration was fully completed and that accurate contact information is in that system.

If the registration is complete and accurate, but the message was not received, parents/guardians should call the school where the child attends to report the problem. This will allow us to make sure our system is working smoothly so that all will receive important notifications when needed.
