We would like to thank The Major Crimes Anti-Gang/Anti-Drug Board for their generous donation to help fund our athletic programs & David Mobilio Scholarship.
The Major Crimes Anti-Gang/Anti-Drug Board consists of Sheriff Dave Kain, Chief Probation Officer Pam Gonzalez, Corning Police Chief Ed Curiel, Red Bluff Police Chief Quintan Ortega and District Attorney Matt Rogers. The Major Crimes Unit’s Anti-Gang/Anti-Drug Board is responsible for overseeing funds garnered from the seizure and forfeiture of drug assets. The seizure and forfeiture of drug assets and proceeds is strictly governed by California law which mandates that 15% of all seized drug assets be directed toward anti-gang and anti-drug programs, with the goal of keeping children away from drugs and gangs.
The Anti-Gang/Anti-Drug Board has long supported the Police Activities League, Tehama 211 and the Dave Mobilio Scholarship fund. The Anti-Gang/Anti-Drug Board has also supported UpState California Film Commission, Red Bluff Junior Spartans Football and Cheer program,Tehama Creatives and Manton Education Council, all with the goal and intent of providing positive opportunities for youth in Tehama County and to keep youth away from drugs and gangs.
