It’s been a fun and wild first month of Clover Kids! 🐄🍦🎃🤖 From learning where milk comes from and making homemade ice cream (or “ice cream soup”!) to exploring pumpkins and robots, we’ve had a blast learning through hands-on activities. We can’t wait to see what next month brings!

🐾 Do you have a dog at home? Are you interested in learning more about the Dog Project Area? Join us for a Dog Project Workshop on Sunday, November 22 at 4:00 PM at the Montgomery County Extension Office!

Whether you're new to the project or looking to sharpen your skills, participants will explore: 🐶 How to get started in the 4-H Dog Project
🐶 Training techniques that build confidence and teamwork
🐶 Showmanship skills for success in the ring
🐶 Proper grooming and daily dog care

This workshop is a great opportunity for 4-H, FFA, and Clover Kids to learn, ask questions, and discover how the Dog Project helps youth develop responsibility, communication, and animal care skills. We hope to see you there!

Boots in the Barn: A Beef Producer Education Series

Join us this November and December for Boots in the Barn, a four-part educational series designed to provide practical, research-based information for beef producers. Learn from industry experts on topics including feedlot management, farm management, pasture management, and herd health.

Join us for a fun-filled evening at 4-H FIND OUT NIGHT! It is today, October 7, from 5:30-7:30 PM at the White Fair Building in Red Oak!🍀 There is NO COST TO ATTEND, thanks to local sponsors and the Montgomery County Extension Council.

This come-and-go event is a great opportunity to explore 4-H and Clover Kids, enjoy games, hands-on activities, project displays, and a free-will donation meal. From animals and photography to baking, sewing, fashion, leadership, and more, 4-H offers something for every young person.

Come discover new interests, make new friends, and see how 4-H can help youth learn, grow, and thrive!
