🏈 LOOK LIKE A PRO. PLAY LIKE A TEAM.

👕 This winter, Marana Youth Flag Football is bringing the game to the next level! Players receive a pro-style uniform with their last name on the jersey, giving them that big-league feeling every time they step onto the field.

👬 Want to play alongside a friend? Buddy requests are available, but they must be reciprocal. Both players need to request each other for the buddy request to be honored. It's also a chance to meet new teammates through random team formation and create new friendships.

🔥 Look like a pro. Make new friends. Learn the game. Build skills. Have fun!

Our Natural Resources Team led a small but mighty crew of volunteers for another successful Space Invaders invasive plant removal event! This time, the team tackled buffelgrass along the Lower Javelina Trail, pulling enough of this invasive grass to fill 20 large trash bags. That’s a whole lot of seeds that won’t be spreading across the landscape!

Buffelgrass is more than just an unwanted w**d. It crowds out native desert plants, reduces habitat for wildlife, and creates a dangerous fire hazard by providing continuous fuel that can carry fires through the desert. Removing buffelgrass helps protect native vegetation, preserve wildlife habitat, and reduce the risk of destructive wildfires. Every bag pulled is a win for the Sonoran Desert!

🤠🎸 Fall Festival is bringing the Brian Beckman Band to the main stage this year! Although they're new to Marana Signature Events, our local live music lovers may recognize this group from the Marana Chamber of Commerce's Summer Sunset Concert Series earlier this year. Catch them performing at the event from 4-9PM (with breaks), and don't be afraid to kick up your boots and dance along!

🎼 ABOUT THE BAND: Brian Beckman is a touring country singer in Tucson, originally from Texas, who got his start after majoring in Acting at LSU and appearing in Film & TV shows such as Pitch Perfect 2 and American Horror Story. His band delivers a high energy, audience-engaging performance of Popular Country Hits.
