When you are ready, connect with a WIC clinic for resources and support to help you during this time. You can continue receiving WIC benefits for up to six months following your loss.

This group provides a supportive place for new moms and birthing parents who may be navigating the heavy feelings that can come with postpartum life. If you’ve been wishing for a space to breathe, connect and be understood, we’d love to welcome you.

Groups are held biweekly on the first and third Thursdays of each month and are FREE to join. No YMCA membership is needed. Childcare is available for children over one year and babies are always welcome in the group.
