Fall season has begun. Along with the beauty of the leaf change, comes the leaf clean up. Please remember to check your driveway pipes and cleanout any leaves or debris. This will assist with drainage during storms. Homeowners are responsible for keeping their driveway pipes clear and free of debris. Leaves are not to be blown or placed into the Township swales for water drainage, right of ways, or roads. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please call our Township office.

Monroe County Meals on Wheels is having a donation drive. Jackson Township Municipal Building has donation drop off boxes available for those interested in donating. Donations may be dropped off or purchased through their wish list. Please see flyer for details.

Additionally, they are always looking for volunteers to help deliver meals. If interested, please contact Stacey Koeck 570-424-8794 ext. 152.

Tomorrow, July 29, 2026, there will be a large and widespread bicycling event in which many roads in our County will be affected. In Jackson Township, bicyclists are expected to be traveling on Route 715, Neola Road, Twin Pine Road, and Five Springs Road. The timing of the event is from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Please allow extra time when traveling.
