❤️ October is Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month!

Reese Public Schools has five stationary AEDs located throughout the district, along with a portable AED available for bus transportation.

Good Morning-

Due to the dangerously dense fog, Reese Public Schools will be on a two-hour delayed start. There will be no high school tech bus. Other buses will pick up two hours later than usual.

Elementary will begin at: 9:55am
MS/HS will begin at: 10:00am

Safe rides begin with all of us! During National School Bus Safety Week, we’re reminding our Rocket community to stay alert near school buses, follow all signals and help protect students as they travel to and from school.

We also want to share a special thank-you to our school bus drivers and transportation staff for safely caring for our students each day. They are everyday heroes! Shout out our transportation staff in the comments!

Three years ago today, the Reese Board of Education officially named our auditorium the Susan R. Wagner Performing Arts Center.

The dedication honored Sue’s selflessness, unwavering support and remarkable ability to bring people together. Today, her name continues to welcome students, families and community members into a space where memories are made and the arts bring our community together.

Sue’s legacy lives on within these walls and in the many lives she touched. We remain forever grateful for her impact on Reese and proud that the Susan R. Wagner Performing Arts Center will carry her memory forward for generations to come.
