West Allen Parish Water District Welcome to the Official page of West Allen Parish Water District We provide water to the Village of Reeves, Bel, LeBlanc, & Topsy areas.

West Allen Parish Water District became organized in 1976 and began selling water on June 21, 1981. The West Allen Parish Waterworks District is located in the westernmost portion of Allen Parish and is centered around the Village of Reeves and also extends into Jeff Davis Parish to the south. We are a Political Subdivision of The Allen Parish Police Jury and The State of Louisiana.

Boil Advisory Lifted: This is West Allen Parish Water District with notification that the boil advisory that was issued for customers on LaPoint Kingrey Rd and from 3491 Burnett Town Rd to the Allen/Beauregard parish line has been lifted. Your water has been tested and has been shown clear by the Louisiana Department of Health as safe to drink. Boil Advisory: A boil advisory is now in effect for residents located on LaPoint Kingrey Road and residents located on Burnett Town Road from 3491 Burnett Town Road to the Allen/Beauregard parish line, due to repairs by our office this date. Water service has been restored to you. You will remain under a boil advisory until water samples are cleared by the Louisiana Department of Health & Hospitals as safe to drink. The boil advisory is only for residents located on LaPoint Kingrey Road and residents located on Burnett Town Road from 3491 Burnett Town Road to the Allen/Beauregard parish line. We will inform you via telephone, Facebook, and notices to let you know when the advisory is lifted. OCTOBER 2026 Lockouts for nonpayment of water bills will be performed, MONDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2026. If you have already paid your water bill which was due by OCTOBER 15, 2026, please disregard this notification. If you have not, please have your payment into the office before MONDAY, OCTOBER 26, to avoid the late assessment fee and disruption of your water service. West Allen Parish Water District is pleased to offer electronic billing (e-Bill), a convenient paperless billing option. No longer will you receive paper bills in the mail unless you opt to continue receiving them. Instead, you will receive an email when your bill is available. Best of all – it is FREE!

Go to westallenwater.myruralwater.com, Customer Service, Electronic Billing, download the E-Bill Enrollment Form, complete and return to our office.
