🏃‍♀️🎉 FUN RUN DAY 🎉🏃‍♂️

Our Kindergarten–3rd grade students had a blast at today’s Fun Run, proudly sponsored by our amazing PTO! ❤️

A HUGE thank-you to our PTO for all the time, hard work, and heart they pour into supporting our students and school. From organizing fun events like this to finding ways to give back to our school community, your dedication makes such a difference! We are so grateful to have a PTO that goes above and beyond for our Greyhounds!

The fun isn’t over yet! 🎉 Donations will be accepted through November 13, so keep collecting and sharing your student’s fundraising page! The class in each grade that raises the most money will win a sweet treat from Dippin’ Dots! 🍦🤩

Thank you to our families for supporting this fundraiser and helping our PTO continue to do wonderful things for Reidland Elementary! ❤️

We are so proud of our KK! She is so deserving! 🐾❤️

We’re proud to recognize Kaitlyn Scrivner, Cafeteria Manager at Reidland Elementary School, as our October 2026 McCracken MVP!

Kaitlyn goes above and beyond every day to make sure students feel welcomed, valued, and loved. From creating fun cafeteria themes and celebrating special occasions to sharing smiles, laughter, and encouragement, she makes lunchtime something students look forward to!

Her creativity, positive attitude, and genuine love for students make a lasting impact on the entire Reidland Elementary community. As one colleague shared, “She not only feeds our bellies but also our hearts EVERY DAY!”

Thank you, Kaitlyn, for the joy, kindness, and dedication you bring to your students and staff each day!

🌟 Staff Spotlight — October 🌟

Each month, our RES staff members vote for a fellow staff member who truly exemplifies our character trait of the month!

October’s trait is HONESTY, and we’re excited to celebrate Mrs. Kelsey, our amazing attendance secretary!

Mrs. Kelsey is an important part of keeping RES running smoothly! Her dedication, integrity, and commitment to our students and families make her so deserving of this recognition. We are thankful to have her as part of our RES family! ❤️

Congratulations, Mrs. Kelsey! And of course, Gus the Greyhound gets to be on display for everyone to see! 🐾🏆
